Verification

One third of all applicants are selected at random for verification by the US Department of Education. Additionally, if the Office of Student Financial Assistance identifies incomplete or inconsistent information, we are required by federal regulations to collect additional documentation. This is called institutional verification.

In the verification process we ask you for supporting documents and compare them to your original application. You must provide photocopies of the requested documents. The Office of Student Financial Assistance is unable to make photocopies for you. You will be asked to supply the following documents (do not turn these in unless you are asked to):

All tax forms must be signed.  If you were not required to file taxes, you may use the Non-Filer Statement.
