The official method of communication for the Office of Student Financial Assistance is the campus e-mail address provided through WVSU/KVCTC. To stay informed and aware, students should check this email address at least once per week.
New students who are not yet admitted to WVSU/KVCTC will be contacted initially using the email address supplied on the FAFSA. Once a student is admitted and a campus email address is assigned, the Office of Student Financial Assistance will use only the campus assigned e-mail address.
